Original main mod seems to have been removed from Steam:

OUTDATED MOD

This is a fix for the the Stronger Starting Origins - Empire in Turmoil bug that spawns your capital system without a sun.

Put it after the main mod in your load order.

Unfortunately, it looks like the original mod has been removed from steam. This was the link:
