Replaces the music in the main menu with the 2012 Black Mesa Theme by Joel Nielsen ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R8fW_SeNm_8 )

Type "snd_restart" into console if the music doesn't play.

I actually like the music because of the fact that it expresses an emotional, depressing yet helpless feel to it. that is all i'm gonna say.
