another escape thing like this. not too hard, not too easy.
I'd love to make it multiplayer but I have no one to test it with neither do I know how to make it multiplayer :-D
we will see what happens ;-)
Maybe something based on After Montignac but instead named- "After Hue (City)":
Premise is you need to evacuate after NVA takes over Hue City (and you're only one alive). Whole map is crawling with VC and some remaining US troops stranded (like A3's "Game Over").

https://armedassault.fandom.com/wiki/Game_Over_(mission)
Different options of escaping like going to "evacuation point" (but is overrun), calling evac heli or PT boat rescue by the beach (triggers VC to attack landing zone and you have to defend), etc. All in an attempt to get extracted the US aircraft carrier in the East. Also lots of napalm for finale.
Auto-saves will be helpful after each objective so dying and reloading maybe won't be too annoying. If you can manage to do this with editor that would be an amazing mission. I might also try to learn editor myself if it's too much.
I still need to finish that campaign. it's great!
and yes,my mission is very short. I don't know how to handle the editor that well but we'll see ;-)
oh and cool that you liked it :)
I'm glad you liked it
