A Balaclava commisioned and paid for by myself in the style of the MSF ( Militaires Sans Frontières ) from Metal Gear solid.

@Bizwiz its under Headgear as Balaclava (Headset), just checked it and its still working

No worries, i have done it by navigating it through local mod in Arma 3 launcher. It just need an add on folder so the Arma3stuff folder goes inside. Thanks for the help! I'm liking the USA gear. There was no Russian gear but still good mod that i will use.

@Bring3rOfPain495 sorry make the @MOD folder, inside that make an addons folder then add the files inside that. there are a couple of zipped files in it i think, you can unzip them, they may contain more stuff can't remember
