I don't know why the game decided to slow it down this much, maybe just to make the length of the audio match or something. I don't know how to fix it, sorry.

I tried fixing it but the game decided that it wants to be a little shit

If the music is slower or faster than intended, check to see if the bitrate matches the track you're trying to overwrite
If the bitrate's right just add a bunch of silence at the end so the length is the same as the original, too
