Description
The lightest 7.62 mm AK there is

This mod adds a seperate variant of the AKS-74U carbine that uses the 7.62x39 mm cartridge. Named after a suspected Khyber Pass weapon, the AKMSU offers a lightweight and compact package while retaining the power of the 7.62 Russian bullet. It is compatible with any 7.62x39 mm AK magazines, even drums. Combined with the AKM 5.45 mm Variant and the Mk14 7.62x39 mm Variant, these addons will expand the arsenal for irregular forces in your missions.

Compatibility

The AKMSU can take any modded 7.62x39 mm AK and RPK magazine, as long as they are configured with either vanilla or CBA magazinewells. As the weapon lacks any rails, no attachments whatsoever can be mounted.

Language

The weapon is translated to every language of Arma 3.

Weapon Statistics

Muzzle velocity is 570 m/s, weight is 90 Units and recoil has been increased in comparison to the AKS-74U.

the aks47u and aks74u are also called krinkov. the russians though didnt call it that, but for americans, afghans and a few others it sounded rusky for them. some say adding a ''ov'' to the end of words makes them ''russianised'' (who came up with this shit), but going back to the ak, the aks47u and aks74u arent the ONLY smg/machine pistol variants whether rusky or not. other variants include, zastava m85, zastava m92, ak draco, arsenal slr106 pistol, arsenal 5.56 ar-sf, arsenal 7.62 ar-sf, vz58 sporter compact, bulgarian aks74u 5.56 krinkov and sooooooooo many more.

Just wanted to say i love your conversion mods. They actually inspired a lot that weapons inspired by your conversions are being coded in for a project i am working on (almost all Semi auto though, making a bunch of hunting rifles for a low tier insurrectionist faction in my project)
