Dogma Destatic'd

Hi, this mod does the following in an effort to make dogma a little easier on people with a phobia of television static:

Removes the static overlay and audio from The Clicker
Removes the static from the nightmare before the Dogma fight, both image and audio
Removes the brief static overlay after sleeping in Mom's Bed
Removes the static on the television screen after sleeping in Mom's Bed
Removes all static from Dogma
Removes static from the blood pools that spawn below Dogma
Removes static from Dogma's bullets and summons
Replaces all of Dogma's SFX with ones that do not include static
Replaces Dogma's music with as close of a reproduction as I can make without static
Removes static from Dogma (item), only visible via death certificate
Forces game to skip the cutscene that plays after dogma's death
Note: If you use another mod that edits cutscenes.xml, this mod will either overwrite its version or cause the cutscene after Dogma's death to not be skipped.

That's all! Specifics on sound effects and music can be found in the readme.txt file in the mod folder. I will say, though, that removing *all* static required me to completely (overhaul? underhaul?) the music that plays during the fight. It's just cerebrum dispersio pitched down and sped up with the pastor voice overlaid.
