Description

In the future I'll have more mods that expand upon stellaris's base concepts in a refreshing take.

For now however it only has 1 mod, which should do exactly that. altough it's in working progress, I am eager to work on the project and try and keep it bugfree.

Compatibility, because I know some will ask: Ethics and Civics expanded is compatible. Most other mods should be compatible, except those that changes or adds new ascension paths. Some changes has been made to the economic categories, to increase modifiers...
