Fully compatible with game version 1.19.2!

New:
- Added an "under construction" skyscraper
- Added some more miscellaneous objects: work lights, fences and a heating element
- Fixed the lightbulbs: they should no longer randomly burn people
- You can now hold Q while spawning to see an outline of the build (finally)
- Improved the overall build for increased performance and better destruction
