Cheaper Pickaxes Mod!

All pickaxes are now cheaper! All resources required are halved and all bottled items are completely removed. This should speed up the crafting process. I might make one of these for swords as well. P.S. the mod is called cheaper coal because that was what it was originally intended to be and then I got distracted. P.P.S. The furnace is also 5 stone instead of 10 because I was testing something and can't be bothered to change it back.
