Description
This is the atc model used in the 2007 e3 build and in the the fear complete mod.

-has c_hands.
-some parts glow in the dark.
-can be npc and player model.
-comes with standard and gibbed skin.

Bugs: Please note that sometimes the parts between the armpits and kevlar vest have a weard waigth bug and may spas out at times ill fix this as soon as i can.
