Herbal Tea

Description
Adds Herbal Tea, a refreshing beverage brewed from from Herbal Medicine which gives a bit of joy while slightly improving blood filtration and immunity gain rate. It functions as an early-game medicine to help fight infections and disease.

Herbal Tea requires no research and can be crafted from a fire or stove, and requires two herbal medicine. It has no addiction chance and is impossible to overdose on.

I think my simple mods should upgrade to 1.6 just fine so I'll give it a go.

I like the idea of this for higher difficulties. Higher difficulties really just seem to kill your pawns from sickness more than anything. This is more balanced and fun than just dropping the infection chance to 50%. Gets old fighting off shamblers due to a gray pall, fleshbeasts because of a cultist raid, and then the cultists themselves, only to have 8/10 pawns get severe infections and die after fighting off those hordes.

I checked for teetotaler also, but I couldn't find anything that would suggest the pawn should have any issues with drugs at all. Could be some kind of conflict for me but figured it was worth mentioning

Not sure what that is... It could be something on my end? Or maybe the pawn was a teetotaller? I'll have to check my xml

Also forgot to mention that the faction had no issue with drugs, I did check... I know using psycasts that are considered beneficial aren't supposed to anger a faction, not having a system for operations seems like an oversight in that case.

I had a transport pod crash with a member of a friendly faction, they ended up with an infection that wasn't healing well so I tried to give them the tea- but got the message that it would anger their faction. This seems strange and I wasn't sure if it was intended or if there is some way I can change it? Does the game not differentiate between helpful and harmful operations?

@Khanical sorry for the late reply. I might nerf it more in the future if it still proves to be too powerful, I didn't know that about blood filtration so it's good to know :)
