Adds headings in degrees to the compass, as well as intercardinal directions.

@SirChunker Thanks for that. I had windows scaling on at 25% and that was enough to make the letters not appear.

Yes. The game may disable the mod on first launch(like many mods) but you can just re-enable it and it's fine.
