Works for Repentance

In this mod all characters start with 1 bomb, 1 key and 1 coin.

This is my first mod, hope you like it.

for me this only works for the afterbirth characters, it doesn't work for any of the new repentance characters

actually really nice to have, makes going to downpour much more convenient and makes getting a library with no keys first floor a much less common thing :)
