Gives a slight buff to Pressure Plates, better known as Buttons. Originally buttons had a chance to either spawn pickups or enemies. Then they were nerfed so that when the buttons spawn enemies, it locks the doors, but without giving any room rewards when the enemies are defeated. This mod makes it so that if a button spawns enemies, you are given the standard room clear rewards once those enemies are defeated (chance for pickups, active item charged by a single bit).
