Talking Husks

Description
The only changes this makes is create a new humanhusk species, named "humanhusktalking". The talking human husk isn't able to inject/bite like the vanilla ones since I don't have an app to edit XML files.

I checked "Can Speak" on human husks in character editor. There's probably better mods out there. Just a broken husk that you can control and actually talk with.

so is this just a version of the human husk symbiosis thing that has working voice chat or does this just edit human husks to not infect?
