Description
My right hand held the sun, my left hand held the moon, I took the sun and put it in place of the moon, I took the moon and put it in place of the sun. Together with the sun and moon, I flew high into the sky.

Yenisei Kyrgyz under Barsbek

UA: Umai Beg - Mines over Resources stockpile Culture, rewarded to you and your allies upon making a Declaration of Friendship. Earn +1 Movement for 5 turns and 2 Horses upon adopting a Social Policy.

UU: Qam - Replaces the Great Writer. Can create unique Great Works. Is not expended upon either creating a Great Work or granting a burst of Culture. Grants a Great General bonus.

UB: Qasa Metalsmith - Replaces the Forge. Unlocked earlier, at Iron Working, and has a Great Writer specialist. Requires Iron, Silver, Gold, or Copper, and grants +1 Culture to each of these resources.

I can definitely still choose a Qam as a free great person when I finish Liberty, and I have also seen AI civs with Qams. I have the latest version of the mod

That issue was fixed in an update- if you can, update your mod and you should be good.

What mods were you using? This mod doesn't have anything related to war in its code, so I'm curious if it's a conflict.
