you will need GCFScape

instructions
click subscribe, launch game, after install, go to addons folder;

steam \ steamapps \ common \ Left 4 Dead 2 \ left4dead2 \ addons \ workshop.
locate: 2544848843.vpk
open with GCFScape, place bik files into media folder

"Left 4 Dead 2 \ left4dead2 \ media"
you can also just use crowbar and skip a couple of these steps.

also; if anyone has a little green bar at the bottom of their screen, do tell me so i can fix it.
