Description
Quick Fix for ReacT's Starbase Mod
to work with 3.0.3 without breaking the Citadel.

This Mod changes the Starbases capacity to
0/2/4/6/8 Modules and Buildings each and to
3/6/12/18/24 Defense Platforms.

Version 3.4.5 - the mod works, but there is a nasty bug.
Outposts from the galaxy map are built over each planet, star and asteroid. You have to set up one outpost manually, going into each system.

The Devs have updated the mod coding again in 3.3... not sure of this mod works but will give it a try when I get the chance

I appreciate you making this fix, but can you make a version that does not require UI Overhaul Dynamic?

Version 3.1 - the mod works.
Are there any plans to create similar mods? For example "0/2/5/8/10 Modules and Buildings each and to".
