Description
Real Places Inc (RPI) - Federated Tower

This building is inspired and modelled after the Federated Tower in Pittsburgh, PA.
27 floors to rent and grow your company across 44,420 (nice) m2 of space. Detailed and unique floor plans with distinctive and complimentary coloring.

This building is for big spenders, most floors are rentable in their entirety. Every 5th floor is segmented into smaller rental units including the basement with variable sized server rooms. There is a connected 3 floor manufacturing and distribution space in the rear of the building with attached delivery vehicle parking. The smaller elevators on the right side must be rented by selecting the foyer in front of them.

Nearly everything has been planned including double flights of emergency stairs. Smoke detectors, cameras, and lights in common areas are installed. You will have to install the lights in your rental areas. There is a fully functional kitchen and canteen on the 2nd floor.

Starting rental is 3x3 in the top right corner with windows on 2 sides.

Thanks for the feedback UnoWho. I actually did not fully play test this building so I will see if I can make visitors a little happier with an update eventually :)

Not a bad building but visitors keep complaining about the rooms
