Stone Works Include Jade. Requires "More Luxuries Mod"

It also removes Stone/Marble requirement to build Stone Works, meaning it can be built in any city.

Workable Mountains override description tooltip of Stone Works, but effect still stays. Meaning it won't say anymore that it gives +1 production to Jade, but it still will work.
