Description
Another hostage situation is unfolding near Rome. A militia has taken over a city block and taken some hostages. We know they are being held in a shed and it's barricaded so you might need a breaching kit. Secure every "civilian" you come in contact with. They might be part of the militia.

terrorists spawn point. if can't access, can't rescue all hostages, can't finish the level.

@xxjtwsm I’ll see if I can fix it. There will be areas inaccessible but I’ll verify if it’s intentionally done.
