You go to documents, Windows, Steam, userdata, 892888105, 760, remote, 1215390, and than screenshots.

How Do I Get To Steam Files

You go to Steam and click the word Steam in the top left corner. You than click settings, go to the In-Game tab, and than on the right, you are able to change the screenshot key to a simpler key.

You first take a screenshot in game with the steam screenshot key. You than go to your workshop item, and press the "Add/edit images & videos" in the owner controls to the right of the workshop item. From there you search through steam files until you come across the screenshots folder. When you find the screenshot you want, you click on it, and hit upload on your workshop item.
