AI opponents have not been changed (the balance is not disturbed, respectively)

The hack adds:
+16 characters
+4 new stats for characters
+3 new cars
+3 car color palettes
+ The characteristics of the characters are duplicated, which allows you to play with different characters when playing together, but with the same characteristics.
+ Rewritten selection of car palettes - now colored icons scroll up / down.
+ Added two new cheats
+ Added sounds for Larry (new character names).
+ Temporarily disabled passwords (due to complete reconstruction).
+ Fixed one original bug with portraits.
