Description

Remove sandbox lock mode

Main features:

During the game, sandbox mode can be turned on and off anytime and anywhere. Remove the function restriction that the sandbox mode can't be disabled again after being opened in the official settings dialog box.
When saving game archives, automatically remove the marks that cannot use achievement function after using sandbox mode and debug mode (debug tool).

Note:

1. Achievement unlocking function is not included. You can select other author achievement modules.

This mod still works.The function of mod is that you can gain the achievements on Steam after using sandbox mode（restart your game）

This absolutely works for Steam Achievements. I enabled sandbox mode, fixed a dumb mistake I made, disabled sandbox mode, SAVED, reloaded. From the colony summary screen I could see achievements were enabled. I then went and got the steam achievement for curing a dup.
