Adds a Gurgler head medallion.

This medallion makes its wearer invulnerable to Dust Storms.
Purchasable ONLY
in Cloth/Armor and Trader Shops.

( This is a Belt inventory slot item ) It's a 1x1 size item [ the same as a wanted poster ], this allows you to have more Belt items from other mods or enough space for a Lantern.

Commission project. Inspired by the Behelit from the Berserk anime.
