Description
Adds a new cheat code! Type "mutate freakout" in the console to make bystanders go crazy.

This is really neat, I especially like how factions stay allied through it. Is there any chance for an unrest mod that runs this script automatically every minute or so? It'd be an interesting change of pace on POSTAL/Impossible difficulty.

Like every other command so far it doesn't work. "unrecognized command".
And yes I made sure cheats are on. Did an update break postal 2 or is the Linux port just broken? :I

are you plaming to make more cheat's like the lost nude cheat XD.
just an idear probly not allowed here!!. i have some idears that will be allowed
1 all bystanders on fire
2 all bystanders turn into cops
3 all bystanders turn into zombie's
4 all bystanders turn into terrorist's
5 everyone like's the dude
thats it XD if you are doing tease would be awesome!!
