(this mod only affects isaac and does not affect appearances that items give to the player !)

oh my god, hyper realistic Isaac. now the game is slightly less realistic
(10 internet points if you get who i riffed for this. Hint: he's made videos riffing on creepypastas and he's part of the Repentance dev team)
