The New Order : Terra e Libertà is a team-made sub modification for the acclaimed Hearts of Iron IV mod The New Order : Last Days of Europe that modifies the sea levels of the Meditteranean in order to give a more 'realistic' look at TNO's world. From Malta to Rome, experience a new, fresh Mediterranean, free from the scars of the Third Reich. Dozens of events have been rewritten and dozens have focus and national spirits have been changed to erase references to the map changes caused by the Atlantropa Project. Instead, water levels have only just begun to recede.

This mod requires The New Order : Last Days of Europe to run properly.
