Isaac Four Souls - Pincii's Planetarium (UPDATED V2)

Description
This set of cards adds a new deck; The Planetarium! The Planetarium has especially powerful items, but there are only a few cards ways to gain Planetarium items!

Guidelines: Place the Planetarium items into a separate deck next to the Treasure deck, then place the other respective Treasure/Monster/Loot cards into their decks.

Overhauled art, templates, effects, pretty much everything!
Added explanation card.

There's something i don't quite get about the Sacrifice for the Stars: If you have no other Items except the Planetarium one, do you have to pay the Death Penalty of Destroying an Item you Control regardless? Or do you get to keep it, in that case?
