How to Use:
1. Create a world in the custom World Creator
2. Place this tile down
3. Load into a Creative game with the newly created world
4. Place Track Scanner Down at designated finish line (preferably Straight road)
5. Press 'E' to scan! (Do not place anything else down until after scan)
