Download this https://1drv.ms/u/s!AkYhg4d6u00vcuVBrttcwwUjtYo?e=YwITf3 (Use a decompression software like 7Zip to open it) and then drop "addons" and "cfg" into it (drive):\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2\. Then press the gear icon when on the overview page for L4D2 in your library and go to properties and add "-insecure" to the launch options no commas. Congrats you can play L4D2 With 8 People! BTW if you are hosting have dev console enabled and put in sv_maxplayers 8.
