Description
Disable all other vocalizer/talker mods or this one will NOT work!

Changes Francis' voice to Rochelle using scripts, includes Ro's expressions too, this mod is for people who have female character over Francis. (Doesn't change any sound files)
Note: only working on singleplayer or local online servers!
