SCREAM horror map (gmod devs broke this map, doesn't work anymore)

IT SEEMS THAT A GARRY'S MOD UPDATE BROKE THIS MAP, NPC DIALOGUE NO LONGER PLAYS AND PLAYERS CAN'T PROCEED, THANK THE GARRY'S MOD DEVELOPERS

vxbrxnt found a way to get this map to work:
"To fix this map, you must downgrade Garry's Mod to version 2827492496969379694 using DepotDownloader. This works on Windows at least. More info about this version can be found on steamdb.info."

HOW TO PLAY
Use the CO-OP Gamemode.
After downloading the gamemode, select it in the main menu and look for "coop_scream_1" in the map selection menu (should be under the "coop" category).
Then just select the map, set the maximum amount of players and start the game.

You must have the CO-OP Gamemode selected for it to work (bottom right in main menu).
If it still doesn't work, try to switch it to Sandbox and then switch it back to CO-OP Gamemode.

It's important, that you do not have any type of NPC Stealth Mod installed while playing this, if you do, just disable it and restart the game before playing this, after you're done you can enable it again.

If you see, that some props are fully black, restart the map. This usually happens when you start the map and you're already on a different map (for example gm_construct).

BRIEF
You are on your way to a party, taking place in an empty school in the evening hours. You and your classmates soon realize, that there's someone else in the school with you.

GAMEPLAY MECHANICS
- There is a killer that will kill you in 2 slashes (50 damage each)
- It is possible to hide from the killer, if you break line of sight for a while
- You can gain distance from the killer by running him around objects
- Turning on a radio can distract the killer, each use of a radio requires a battery (it glows blue, armor pickup)
- Loot (health packs and batteries) is generated randomly
- Players keep their health and batteries between levels (thanks to the gamemode)
- Jumpscares are different on every new playthrough
- Each map has 1 easter egg

WHY AM I ON GM_FLATGRASS?
Use the CO-OP Gamemode
The map just wouldn't work right without it.

Also make sure that you don't have any version of NPC Stealth Mod enabled!
