Description
UPDATED FOR 1.33 FRANCE
This mod simply reduces the base idea cost from 400 to 250. This can be particularly useful if using a mod which adds more idea group slots, such as the fourteenth idea.

Does this effect the AI too? I'm assuming so, but even still its some good work!
