When silver-tin alloy powder reacts with tin amalgam, it spontaneously polymerizes and hardens strongly. Soon after the discovery of this reaction, it was applied as a dental prosthetic. The entire molecule is composed of unstable bonds called dative bonds, and it is thought that crystallization proceeds around the copper at the end of the molecule. This time, we prepared mercury elementals as auxiliary materials, which are rare today. I hope it will be of help in the synthesis.
