Infinite* Custom Nation Points

Description
Simply sets the points limit on custom nations to be infinite*, increases the max number of custom nations to 100, disables distance from home provinces restriction, and allows you to set the age of your ruler, heir, and spouse to any age between 0 and 999.

Also now removes the distance from home territory restriction.

*Not literally infinite, but more points than you can spend.

This mod does still work, though the game might mark it as outdated. OP Moldavia is a reference to my joke mod of the same name, though that mod almost certainly doesn't work anymore.

Also, if it doesn't work, add it to your playset. If you didn't, it won't work.

Couldn't tell you, all I can say is that it definitely works on the newest version on my machine.
Might be a conflict with another mod (though only if that mod affects custom nations) or maybe it didn't get enabled in the launcher correctly.
