Yayo Man - new role

Description
# Add New Role - Yayo Man

- He is an expert in handling various drugs, and can make allies feel better and addict enemies to falldown them.
But addicting is inevitable for everyone.
Yayo Man always relies on drugs, so his every work is slow, except when planting and harvesting
He can also harvest more drugs and sell them for a higher price.

- You can sprinkle yayo, beer, and go-juice all around.
Affects all living things. (Friend, enemy, self, animal)

Please take this mod and modify it. The source code is included.
I'd love to see variations come out with various ideas.
I'm a game designer, and I haven't implemented many ideas yet due to lack of time.

The ability to assign a dedicated colony crackhead is a great addition. Yeah, should be locked to high life though. Left an award for you buddy. :btd6thumbsup:

YAYO man should be locked unless you have High Life meme, it is appearing in every ideoligion for some reason.

- Changed stat effect: more drugs harvesting, selling drugs more expensively, increasing planting and harvesting speed

I thought It added a specialist that made drugs faster or changed drugs properties :(

So I like this a lot, but I think a better translation and more vanilla feeling description would benefit this mod a lot. Mind if I give you a better description?
