Enshu-Railway / Japan National Railway Electric Locomotives ED28

The small electric locomotive, belonged to some railway company.
It belongs to Enshu-Railway now, and is used for maintainance.
This mod also contains Hoki 800 Hopper car.

---Brief History of ED28---
As electric locomotives of the same type,
the 50 type of Toyokawa-Railway and the 51 type of Horaiji-Railway were manufactured.
These private railways were later acquired by the government and became the Iida Line,
and the locomotives were collectively renamed ED28.
After being used for a while, they were transferred to another private railways.

The model ED28 2 is a vehicle that has changed from Toyokawa Railway 50 type to JNR ED28 2 and is still in existence.
It is spending the rest of its life for track maintenance.
