Alternate Exploder, using the Blizzard Suplex as a base. I've seen a few of these on the workshop and wasn't really intending to make one myself, but y'know, sometimes a wild hair strikes. I did edit the setup and mid-throw bridge quite a bit, though

Damage properties (reversal % and that) are taken from the default Exploder, and damage values are from the Blizzard Suplex
