No Royal Clothing Reqs (1.6)

This mod, updated for 1.5 (from Yarpblat's original) removes royal clothing demands for your royal pawns, from Acolyte to Count. Now they can wear whatever they want!

The original author has indicated they no longer play Rimworld - if they are still around and wish to update their stellar work I'll take this down ;)

Now updated to be compatible with Vanilla Factions Expanded - Empire (all credit to Rylock for the fix - cheers lad!).
