Vi’Vio - Medium Transport

The Vi’Vio - Medium Transport is a manned transportation vehicle capable of holding 11 passengers. Its powerful antenna and relatively large fuel tanks allow it to fly across great distances without need for refueling while still staying in contact with other Vi’Vios or ground bases in case of an emergency. The vehicle has 4 powerful engines that can rotate mid-flight for greater acceleration and 2 smaller rear thrusters for sudo VTOL capabilities. The vehicle contains an at the time revolutionary holographic display system which can show the pilot important information such as speed, heading and remaining fuel.

Vi’Vio transports were used during the Lazarus project to move personnel between colonies 2-9, although they could technically reach colony 0 and were fast enough to catch up with colony 1 it was ill advised due to the ship's unreliable nature while in the void. Although many of the transports were lost during the evacuation they can still be seen transporting passengers on larger industrial worlds.
