changes Ellis's shirt and hat to be Miles "Tails" Prower-themed and his pants to be dark blue

the second skin in my Sonic skin series! i already made a Sonic version, but i felt that Tails fit Ellis too (as well as a very close friend of mine loving both Tails and Ellis)
