[4k] Dreamgate's osu! Skin (waffles3-semiHalved)

Description
I've been using this skin for several years on osu!, converted it to Quaver as accurate as possible.
Skin uses waffles3-semiHalved Note Skins and tries to be as clean as possible.
No Menu Changes done, feel free to use your own.

The left and right arrow images are switched for some reason like the left arrow is right and vice versa?
