Parallel Cloth

Description
Adds a new item to the Shop, Greed Shop, Crane Game, Devil Room, and Curse Room item pools called the Parallel Cloth!

The effect of the Parallel Cloth is simple: Any tarot card used will trigger both their normal and Reversed effects. This goes for both normal AND already-reversed tarot cards.
This also stacks with Tarot Cloth!

EID describes that when I pick up Parallel Cloth, it will spawn a random card, but It doesn't spawn a card actually.

You'd think literally just spawning a card when the player picks up the item would be easy, but MAN. Best solution I've got doesn't account for multiple pickups of the item, but it basically guarantees there won't be any other bugs

just encountered a bug while playing as T. Forgotten: after picking up this item, it spawns a tarot card every frame, quickly filling every room with infinite cards.

@Sprimbim Sure. Just added Mod Config support so the % chance it'll trigger can be modified!

Hey is there any chance you could do a nerfed version of this? Something like all tarot cards have a 50/50 chance of activating their normal effects or both normal and reversed?
