Report a translation problem
The hp/s regen number is a static number that doesn't scale based on unit size.
The amount healed (limit) is a number that *does* scale. 75% seemed too low so I increased it to 100%, but 100% feels good to me.
The BIG version is for people that just want to go BIG. :)
After using the Small version for a long while I've moved to the Medium for my Ultra unit size games. I'd still use Small if I was on Large, which is what I used to play.
