SG-42 heavy infantry gun

Developed in 1929 in response to the erection of the wittensloh line, the SG-42 heavy infantry gun was adept at firing 37kg high explosive and anti concrete shells. It saw first distribution within the 9th artillery battery stationed within reach of arseeg, By conflicts outbreak the devices saw first usage in the siege of arseeg where three such weapons fired upon the localized defensive structures destroying all but one bunker later captured by infantry units. Though initially successful, the device saw increasingly sparing usage due to the immobility of the heavy weighted gun and initial lack of artillery tow vehicles.
