[simfphys] 2014 SRT Tomahawk S Vision Gran Turismo

Description
DJ_MOTORSPORTS' awesome SRT Tomahawk S finally ported to simfphys. This car features:
- Working headlights
- Working taillights
- Working exhaust
- Sounds from GT6

If you want to increase the speed limit in simfphys to over 225 MPH input this command in the console:
lua_run local tbl = physenv.GetPerformanceSettings() tbl.MaxVelocity = 200000000 physenv.SetPerformanceSettings(tbl)

I swapped the engine from original V10 to GE90 engine from Boeing 777, and it can run 2 Mach

I've actually made one, but I'm not sure if I want to release it due to it lacking polish. Also, it uses Kirbyguy's downforce implementation and I'd need his permission to release it.

Funilly enough I've actually made one. Just haven't uploaded it because I need Kirbyguy's permission, it uses his downforce implementation (needs it otherwise it's undrivable). Also no moving panels unfortunately :( If you really want me to upload I could try
