如果说FU是STB最大的实体内容扩展mod，那么US.E可谓是STB的政治背景设定补充包；
混沌中立的观念和立场让它的可阅读内容显得如此迷人，并毫无违和地融入了新派系的设定，因此产生了太空歌剧般的宏大感；
尽管存在着多种多样的问题，例如不太精密的贴图（以及鸽了），但仍不能掩盖它背后作者所付出的辛劳和严肃对待。

本MOD仅做本地化工作和部分艺术修饰，内容解释权归原MOD作者所有

If FU was the largest physical content expansion mod for starbound, then US.E can be described as STB’s political background setting supplement;
