Far into the future, towering over the city of Paris lies the Ministry of Information. The employees within the dizzying array of halls and departments collect any and all data about the citizens of France. A high risk location, it is not uncommon to see security drones flying around the perimeter of the building, watching anybody who approaches with a close eye.

Few in the city know what lies behind these concrete walls, and even those who work within the building function on a need-to-know basis.
